well, i'm mostly done with packing, and it's my last night in this bed. i should probably be using this time to have a good farewell sleep. especially considering i'm so exhausted.
i would mention that this time last year EB and i were very much a "thing", and i spent the last night in my bed with him and the next morning before he left and i left, we kissed and i told him i loved him and he said he loved me, too. that was the only moment anything was simple.
....but mentioning it would mean thinking about it and talking about it and i really don't want to do that.
saturday is move-in day. saturday i get to see DE. saturday i get to unpack and organize and socialize, and saturday DE and i get to sleep together in every sense of the word.
looking forward to saturday.
except that saturday, back here in the city, is also AD's going away party before she goes to school in canada, so i'll obviously be missing that and i'm super bummed about it. it's going to be epic, truly. and canada-themed, including a goose pinata (i think) and a canadian maple leaf made out of jello shots.
i got a haircut today for the first time since the day before my prom in high school. this one turned out much better. still subtle, because i'm a wimp and the last major hair-related decision i made was to grow out my bangs when i was 9.
after the most boring blog post ever in the history of the world, i'm gonna go to sleep.
it's a weird time.
i'm leaving, anticipating, worrying, and remembering. and my head doesn't know what to think and my heart doesn't know what to feel.
so i'm just gonna go the fuck to sleep and take a break for a bit.
